What we receive
When you send a request we receive the details you choose to share — for example your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off, dates, flight number and number of passengers. Requests sent on WhatsApp or Telegram reach us in that app. If you use the request form on this site, your details are sent to our server, kept in a protected file that is not publicly accessible, e-mailed to the gCar team and posted to the gCar team’s private Telegram chat by the gCar Telegram bot. Together with the request we receive the page you sent it from, the referring site and campaign tags, your device type, IP address and browser.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, to confirm and run your trip, and to share the necessary details with the operator and chauffeur of your journey. Requests sent through the site form are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. We do not sell personal data.
Analytics
This site uses Yandex Metrica to measure how it is used — pages viewed, time on site, device, approximate location derived from the IP address, clicks and scrolling — so we can improve the service. Its Webvisor tool records mouse movements, clicks and scrolling on the page, without what you type into form fields. Metrica sets cookies named _ym_* for up to one year; you can block them in your browser settings or opt out with Yandex’s own tool.
